Dr. Blštáková has graduated from University of Economics, Faculty of Business Management, Masters’ program Personnel Management. She has completed her PhD. studies in 2010. Right after, she has become full member of the Department of management teaching courses in Bachelor program: Human Resources Management; and Masters’ program: Compensation and Benefits, Corporate Culture, Organizational Behavior.

She is involved in the research projects as the coordinator of membership of Slovak universities in CRANET (The Cranfield Network on Human Resources Management) and research projects on process orientation applied in HRM, Strategic orientation of Human Resource Management, Corporate Culture influencing HR strategy application. She is the board member of the Consortium for Double Degrees since 2017, and the member of the board of supervisors in Slovak Academic Association for International Cooperation since 2016. She has been member of the faculty leadership since 2015 as the vice-dean for foreign affairs. Her hobbies include long-distance running and art hobby.
